100 Seals is the 33rd chapter of the "Shuumatsu no Valkyrie: Record of Ragnarok" manga series.
Summary[]
On an auspicious day in January 1767, within the province of Shinano, something inhumane was born into the world. In Ooishi Village of the Chisagata District, Hanemon Seki and Ken Seki look over their 2 years and 8 months old son, Tarōkichi Seki (later known as Raiden Tameemon), who's happily laying on the ground. Hanemon notes that Tarōkichi is nearly 3 yet he still can't walk, even though he should've started being able to walk at the age of 1. Ken prays that Tarōkichi grows up to be big and strong.

Tarōkichi Seki breaks his bones due to his muscles
One week later, Hanemon and Ken come back to their home after a day of farming and they find Tarōkichi standing up, using the wall to support himself. Happy, Ken beckons Tarōkichi to come to her but as soon as Tarōkichi takes a step, his muscles suddenly grow out-of-control and he flops over. Catching Tarōkichi, Ken finds that the bones of his arms, legs and ribs were all fractured. However, it wasn't because his bones were weak.
Rather, Tarōkichi's muscles were so strong, that they threatened to crush the very bones they were encasing. At this rate, Tarōkichi would be crushed to death by his own muscles. Yet the boy persisted. Ken would tightly bind Tarōkichi's muscles, time and time again. Until one day, Tarōkichi was able to stand up on his own.

Tarōkichi Seki develops the Hundred Seals to contain his muscles
The reason he could do so lied within the very muscles that were killing him.
Because his muscle fibers were constantly growing out-of-control, Tarōkichi's body naturally formed brand new muscles that acted as a shell for his out-of-control muscles. That is what is known as the Hundred Seals.
In the present, Raiden declares he'll be letting loose and twists the flesh around his chest. This causes the Hundred Seals to be released and Raiden's muscles suddenly begin growing out-of-control, much to the fascination of Genpaku Sugita.
Göll exclaims that Raiden will be crushed to death and Shiva sighs, asking Raiden not to break on him already.

Raiden Tameemon manages to control his rampaging muscles thanks to his Völundr with Thrud
Raiden yells for Thrud to help and as his muscles begin shrinking, smoke spreads out around him. Brunhilde says that is Raiden having complete control over the very muscles that threatened his life, thanks to his Völundr – the Supramuscular Exoskeletal Mawashi Belt. Brunhilde explains to Göll that Raiden was born with an abnormal muscle structure that forced his body to develop the Hundred Seals, a set of muscles that sealed the power of his rampaging muscles and as a result, he barely managed to maintain equilibrium within his skeleton. Göll realizes that means that, in his entire life, Raiden has never gone all-out and yet, he still managed to become history's strongest rikishi. Because of his Völundr, the man with the greatest muscles in history will finally be able to fight all-out. Remarking about how he's finally come to an agreement with his muscles, Raiden comments on how this is what it feels like to go full power. Raiden asks Shiva not to break on him, much to Shiva's frustration and excitement. Elsewhere, Buddha asks Loki if he wants to have a brawl. After a few moments, Loki says he doesn't want to fight and reveals he only wanted to talk about something.

Loki explains to Buddha that he realised that Völundr is linked to his religion
He notes how Ragnarok has been the first time he's ever seen the Valkryies' Völundr and while they've been fascinating, they also got Loki to feel something off. The Völundr shown so far, could stop the full might of a God, drive Gods into a corner and could even be used to kill Gods. Loki wonders if the Valkyries' Völundr have always been that powerful and couldn't imagine any God giving demigods such a cheat. It then hit him that there was a way it could be possible. In the world of Buddhism, if two people place their lives on the same lotus, it can draw out the full potential of their power. That is what is known as Samavadhāna. That means that Völundr isn't just a Valkyrie becoming a fitting weapon for their wielder – rather, by entrusting their lives to their wielder, the Valkyries can become weapons capable of killing Gods.

Loki accuses Buddha of treason
Loki asks what Buddha thinks of what he just said and Buddha admits he still doesn't know what Loki wants to ask him and that he barely listened past halfway, telling Loki to just say what he wants to say. Initially taken aback, Loki laughs and apologizes. Hearing the crowds cheer for Shiva and Raiden, Loki expresses his wish of wanting to go back to the arena to watch the fight before bluntly asking Buddha if he betrayed them. Smirking, Buddha asks what if he did and Loki says he'll kill him. They both release massive amounts of auras before they are interrupted by people reciting a poem followed by the ringing of bells. The people then begin chanting "Divine Retribution" and seven individuals appear in front of the two. They turn out to be Heaven's executioners, the Seven Lucky Gods: Daikokuten, Jurojin, Fukurokuju, Hoteison, Ebisu, Benzaiten and a fighter for the Gods, Bishamonten. After Loki exclaims the weirdos have showed up, Ebisu approaches Buddha.

Ebisu threatens Buddha
Ebisu threateningly reveals he's been waiting for the day he gets to deliver divine retribution onto him. Suddenly, Buddha completely cracks the lollipop in his mouth and notes that you have to keep sucking on candy but he always ends up biting right through it before asking who Ebisu even is. Enraged, Ebisu attempts to attack Buddha, only for Buddha to spit out the lollipop stick, making it pierce through Ebisu's hand. When Buddha mocks Ebisu's cry of pain, Ebisu takes out his gun and the other Lucky Gods prepare to kill Buddha. However, Loki comes inbetween them, floating in the air upside-down. Hoteison questions if he's trying to prevent them from punishing Buddha but Loki reveals that he considers Buddha to be his prey before he maliciously smiles and tells them to back off.
Landing on the ground, Loki asks Buddha if he really thought that he would defend him. As Ebisu keeps his gun raised, a smiling Buddha says he doesn't care and dares them all to come at him at once, releasing a huge aura that excites Loki and causes the Lucky Gods to be unnerved.

Kojiro Sasaki, Soji Okita and Isami Kondo take Buddha's side against Loki and the Seven Lucky Gods
Suddenly, a bandaged Kojiro Sasaki begins walking forward, remarking on how noisy Heaven is. When he notices them ganging up on one person, Kojiro states that it's the same, whether they're Gods or Humans. As he notes that Poseidon wouldn't have resorted to such tricks, Loki asks what he's doing here since he's already had his fight. Kojiro simply says he doesn't like people who gang up on others and Ebisu recognizes Kojiro as the man who killed Poseidon. When Kojiro says he'll be the "helping sword," Ebisu questions if he really thinks he can fight against this many Gods, only for Soji Okita and Isami Kondo to appear, with Soji being surprised at there being so many Gods present. Hoteison tells them to go away if they don't want to die but a maniacally smiling Soji asks them to let him join in on the fun if they're all gonna play, tightly gripping onto the hilt of his sword. As Buddha, Kojiro, Soji and Isami stand against Loki and the Seven Lucky Gods, Loki asks if they're ready. All smiling, Buddha, Kojiro and Soji confirm they are.
