Thank You is the 41st chapter of the "Shuumatsu no Valkyrie: Record of Ragnarok" manga series.
Summary[]
Shiva's flaming fist collides with Raiden Tameemon's palm strike. Göll, Brunhilde, Ares, Hermes, Zeus, Kajinosuke Tanikaze and Kisaburo Onogawa along with the other sumo wrestlers look on.

Raiden Tameemon and Shiva face off directly
Raiden manages to land a palm strike at Shiva's face while Shiva manages to punch Raiden's chest, charring it.
Raiden moves in for another palm strike. Agni questions if that's really Shiva fighting.
Vishnu says it's almost like he's something else completely and is now on another level of strength. Indra calls Tandava Karma wild as Raiden makes a swipe attack with his left hand. Shiva leans back to dodge before going on to perform a one-handed handstand to kick Raiden. Seeing the kick coming, Raiden moves his muscles into his left forearm and blocks against it. However, even though he defended against it, Raiden's flesh still ended up burned because of the fire surrounding Shiva. Göll points this out and Brunhilde guesses the more Raiden defends, the more his muscles will be burned away. Göll questions if that means the odds are against Raiden. Watching, Ares sighs with relief and says that, as long as Shiva stays on the offensive, he'll win.

Shiva moves back to avoid Raiden Tameemon's swipe attack
Hermes tells him not to be so certain and points out that if Shiva stays in Tandava Karma for a long time, he'll end up burning himself to ash. Not to mention, Raiden can still use Yatagarasu to turn the tides. Agreeing, Zeus calls it a battle of their lives' attrition. When they charge at each other, Raiden focuses his muscles into his right hand, enlargening it. He makes a big swipe that pushes Shiva back. As the kids who grew up in Raiden's village worry for him, his mother and father begin praying, with Ken apologising for making Raiden always push himself so hard.
Shiva restarts the Hidden Treasure of Svarga and dances around Raiden before getting behind him and elbowing Raiden's back. As Raiden falters, Shiva decides this is his chance to get the upper hand and charges in. However, Raiden willingly opens his arms and holds onto Shiva, burning his body further. Raiden attempts to throw Shiva to the ground but Shiva uses his only arm left to stop himself and kicks Raiden back. The sumo wrestlers begin worrying that Raiden may lose but Kajinosuke points out that from the moment Raiden used Yatagarasu, his hands and knees haven't touched the floor once. Right now, he's carrying all of sumo on his back. Kisaburo asserts that they're all here for who they consider to be the strongest man in sumo and this encourages the sumo wrestlers to begin cheering Raiden on. While holding back Shiva's downward kick, Raiden smiles and pushes Shiva back, admitting that he never knew their cheers would fill him with so much power. Shiva tries elbowing Raiden but the Peerless Rikishi meets it with a headbutt, causing Shiva to fly back.

Rudra supports Shiva
After he stands back up, Shiva's lower left arm (which has been hanging off most of the match) crumbles into ash. Brahma guesses he's at his limit and Vishnu says the same goes for the Human, prompting Indra to say this fight will be decided by the one who breaks first. Rudra suddenly begins releasing blasts of wind, yelling at Shiva to not lose. Smirking, Shiva mentions how Rudra always makes crazy demands of him before yelling he has no choice as he and Raiden exchange blows. As the fight goes on, both Humanity and the Gods fiercely cheer for their representatives. Hokusai Katsushika wonders what's going on as he keeps drawing and drawing and can't stop. Fighting for sumo and carrying the hopes of all the rikishis on his back – the Peerless Rikishi.
Fighting for the comrades he once fought with and carrying the pride of all 1116 Hindu Gods on his back – the Destroyer. Burdened by so many hopes and their souls ablaze, the two men were able to have the most greatest fight of their entire lives.

Shiva uses Deva Loka to cut Raiden Tameemon's right arm in half
However, that moment had finally arrived. As they both huff, Raiden realises he can't keep going and decides to bet it all on one last Yatagarasu. Shiva invites him to do so and Ares is shocked that Shiva wants to take that blow head-on. He questions if that's really necessary and Hermes admits it isn't but supposes it may be for Shiva. Both Shiva and Raiden prepare to unleash their final moves. As they charge in for the last time, Raiden uses his Yatagarasu while Shiva meets it with a flaming, spinning heel kick known as Deva Loka. The attacks meet and Shiva seems to come out on top as his foot ends up embedded in Raiden's arm. Shiva then lifts his foot up through Raiden's arm, splitting it in two. As one half burns off and crumbles into ash, Humanity stood shocked and in despair. Smiling, Raiden thanks Shiva.
Because of him, he was able to do the sumo he wanted, to his heart's content. Admitting he gave everything he had without a trace of regret, Raiden proceeds to tell Thrud to undo her Völundr, claiming it is time they part ways. Thrud refuses, revealing she swore a long time ago that, if she fell in love with a man, she'd stick by his side, until the end.

Shiva decapitates Raiden Tameemon and wins the Fifth Round
Raiden cheerfully says a woman can't get any better than her before thanking Shiva once more. Also smiling, Shiva admits Raiden's one hell of a guy as he stood firm on his feet, no matter what. Shiva performs Deva Loka once more, decapitating Raiden. Addressing Raiden by his name, Shiva thanks him for the best fight of his life. Shiva begins walking to the exit as Raiden and Thrud disappear. With a time of 11 minutes and 16 seconds, Round 5 of Ragnarok goes to Shiva, making it the Gods' third win.
