The Fly Beats Its Wings is the 69th chapter of the "Shuumatsu no Valkyrie: Record of Ragnarok" manga series.
Summary[]
Göll is confused by what Nikola Tesla means when he said Beelzebub's attack was science. On Humanity's side, many people are confused as to what Beelzebub did since it looked like he was just standing still but the ground split apart. Galileo Galilei states that every outcome has a cause and tells the people not to be deceived by outward appearances. Stroking his beard, Galileo says that the ground being split apart and the pillar being destroyed is a most elementary physical law. Thomas Edison suddenly interjects, declaring it's "vibration", much to Galileo's frustration as he was just about to say that.

Hermes explains to Ares how the power of Beelzebub's vibrations works
Ares hears from Hermes that Beelzebub's weapon is vibration and questions how vibration can even be a weapon. Walking over to a nearby table, Hermes picks up a wine glass and begins singing at a certain pitch, causing the wine glass to shatter.
Hermes says that sometimes, vibration comes in the form of waves that can destroy solid objects and other times, it comes in the form of earthquakes that shake the ground. Beelzebub starts to rush at Tesla, with his right hand vibrating. He swipes with his hand and Tesla seemingly backs away in time, only for a cut to appear on the abdomen of Super Automaton β, much to Tesla's surprise.
Hermes points out vibration can also become a sharp blade. That power that can bring forth such destruction is the Lord of the Flies' ability: Palmyra. Its simplicity is what makes it such a versatile technique. Even if you know it's coming, it's nigh impossible to counteract. Ares wonders if it's really that strong and Hermes confirms it is, tauntingly saying even the muscles that Ares boasts may shatter at the slightest touch, scaring the God of War.

Zeus and Adamantine watch the Eighth Round together
Watching from a different vantage point, Adamantine and Zeus look on as the former says Beelzebub really pisses him off. Nonetheless, Zeus mentions how it is unusual for Beelzebub to get so worked up and Adamantine says that goes to show just how much Hades meant to him. For a loner like Beelzebub, their big brother was the only one he could rely on. Heimdall announces that Beelzebub's cutter is so sharp, it is the greatest sword known to history and goes over how Tesla seemed to have dodged it but his armor was cut through. Looking down at the damage, Tesla mumbles to himself about how that attack had the same principle as an ultrasonic cutter and guesses Beelzebub vibrated a high enough frequency to cut through his armor, leading Tesla to assume it was a resonant frequency.
At any rate, Tesla compliments Beelzebub's power and assumes he would've been cut straight in half if he was hit directly. Göll is shocked by the fact that it'll be over if Tesla gets hit directly and after insisting that power is way too broken, Göll asks Brunhilde if Tesla even stands any chance of winning.

Tesla decides to show off Humanity's science to Beelzebub
Brunhilde is confident he does as the suit of armor he's wearing was imagined by the greatest minds in Human history and made possible using Göndul as its material. So to speak, it is the pinnacle of mankind's science. Tesla's Divine Weapon: Super Automaton β. Tesla admits the works of the Gods are magnificent for being able to split the ground and cut through superalloy steel. As he generates electricity and directs it to his legs, Tesla leaps forward as he says it's time to show off the power of man.

Beelzebub avoids Tesla's Plasma Pulse Punch
Raising his right fist, Tesla aims a punch directly at Beelzebub, with his fist releasing large amounts of electricity. Beelzebub is about to counteract with his vibrating right hand, only to notice something and move back, just about avoiding Tesla's punch, that generated so much energy that the ground is split in the shape of the arc of Tesla's punch. As the kids in Humanity's crowd get excited, Tesla does the same thing with his left fist and Beelzebub, once more, dodges it. As Tesla keeps attacking, Heimdall says that he's keeping up on the offensive and that Beelzebub has no choice but to dodge when faced against Tesla's indestructible power. As the scientists who helped Tesla all look on, Edison says that right there is one of their inventions.
Using Göndul's life energy through Völundr, Tesla converts it into ultra-high voltage within Super Automaton β, stores it within his fist and releases it instantaneously. The attack is called Plasma Pulse Punch, or PPP for short. Albert Einstein sighs about how Edison basically repeated Tesla's words while Marie Curie can't get over how lame Tesla's attack sounds. Galileo agrees that Tesla's naming sense is abysmal but declares his power is super good. As Heimdall declares Tesla's one-shot attack is dominating the battlefield, Humanity encourage Tesla to keep going. Tesla looks at his right fist and understands that his attacks won't reach Beelzebub like this and if they don't reach then he's nothing more than a toaster oven spewing smoke.

Tesla seemingly hits Beelzebub's head with Plasma Pulse Jet Punch
In that case, Tesla argues all he needs to do is hit Beelzebub and charges back in. Tesla swings his right fist and Beelzebub jumps back, only to be confused when he sees that Tesla released no energy with that attack. Tesla reminds Beelzebub he said their power can even reach the Gods and generates a large amount of electricity with his left hand, propelling Tesla forward and completely closing the distance between himself and Beelzebub, much to Beelzebub's surprise. Tesla then seemingly hits Beelzebub's face directly with Plasma Pulse Jet Punch. As Heimdall recounts what happened, Tesla is strangely knocked back and it's shown that Beelzebub blocked Tesla's attack by running his vibrations through his cane, creating a vibrational barrier that is known as Sorath Samekh.
Tesla thought something repelled his fist and finds it fascinating that Beelzebub created a wall of vibration. Believing this to be Tesla's limit, Beelzebub switches the cane from his left hand to his right hand.

Tesla and Beelzebub impact with Plasma Pulse Punch Twin and Sorath Vau respectively
As he focuses his vibrations into the skull part of the cane, Beelzebub tells Tesla to hurry up and break before lifting the cane up to use Sorath Vau. As Beelzebub starts to swing his cane forward, Tesla puts his fists together and while creating a ton of electricity, declares science has no limits. Tesla clashes his Plasma Pulse Punch Twin against Beelzebub's Sorath Vau. As the two attacks meet, Beelzebub braces his right arm with his left hand and suddenly, Tesla realizes the magnitude of Beelzebub's vibrations are increasing. To everyone's surprise, Beelzebub overwhelms Tesla with his attack. In the aftermath, Beelzebub is still standing while Tesla is on his knees. The right arm of Super Automaton β is damaged and a small chunk of Tesla's arm underneath is missing. As Tesla bleeds from the head, Beelzebub expresses his disappointment that Tesla won't be able to kill him either.
