Summary[]

The Gods cheer enthusiastically, in response to Thor's victory, including Zeus.

Shiva wants to fight

Shiva is excited to fight at the end of the First Round

Shiva says that fight was nuts and remarks on how his blood hasn't felt this burned up in a while. As Thor looks down, Heimdall declares Round 1 of Ragnarok goes to the Gods. Soon after, Heimdall says that Humanity has taken one step closer to its extinction. Sniffling, Zhang Fei notes that Lü Bu going out smiling is very like him.

Liu Bei agrees that it was a fitting end and both he and Zhang Fei, along with Guan Yu, pour themselves a drink and make a toast, in honor of Lü Bu. However, the Gods begin jeering at them, telling the Humans that this is the power of the Gods, ordering them to even bow and pray for forgiveness. Göll is disgusted as the Gods sound more like children but Brunhilde doesn't say anything and instead, begins walking away. Göll starts to follow her. Heimdall begins escorting Thor to the exit and he notes that, despite his victory, Thor looks more sad than he does happy. Thor suddenly hears a neigh behind him and looks to see Red Hare, crying.

Lü Bu's army choosen to die

Lü Bu's army decide to die along with their commander

Chen Gong steps forward and agrees with Red Hare that, whether it be in Heaven or Earth, a land without Lü Bu is meaningless. Chen Gong orders his men to follow Lü Bu and Lü Bu's entire army begin charging at Thor, Chen Gong and Red Hare included. Heimdall tells them all to stop as the fight's already over but the army insists that they will follow their Flying General, wherever he may go. Smiling, Thor decides to oblige them. Lifting up his Mjolnir, creating an electrical charge, Thor declares that he will kill them all as offerings to his rival, Lü Bu. Chen Gong cries about hearing his lord's name being spoken, alongside the resonation of thunder. Thor then swings and kills them all.

Göll hears from afar and wonders what just happened before asking Brunhilde what will happen to Lü Bu and Randgriz after this. Brunhilde calls that a foolish question. At the arena, the dead of bodies of Lü Bu and his army are scattered around, along with Randgriz. They all then shatter into pieces and become dust as Thor looks on, silently. Brunhilde explains to Göll that this is a battle of souls. If the soul is destroyed, then it has no way of returning to the cycle of reincarnation.

Brunhilde Angry

Brunhilde specifies they need to risk everything to defeat the Gods

As such, they will simply become dust in the vacuum of space. This is called Niflhel, the complete annihilation of the soul, meaning there is no "after this." Göll realizes that's what Brunhilde meant when she asked Randgriz to pledge her body to her and she begins crying, angrily questioning how Brunhilde can be okay with this as they'll never see Randgriz again. Brunhilde glares back at Göll, asking her if she thinks they can beat the Gods without taking that risk. Göll asks why they have to go this far and Brunhilde continues walking back to her room, asserting that the fate of Humanity rests on their shoulders, leaving Göll to cry.

Later on, in her room, Brunhilde accesses the Akashic Records and brings up multiple images of Humans. As Brunhilde says they need to pick a representative for Round 2, Göll questions who can go up since not even Lü Bu stood a chance.

Adam arrives at the arena manga

Adam enters the arena for the Second Round

Clicking on an image, Brunhilde decides to go with "this man" and says that they should bet on him and his absolute hatred towards the Gods. Göll notices that the image is of File No.00000000001. Later, Heimdall gets ready to begin Round 2 as the arena has been fixed. He claims that the second representative for Humanity has often been called the hope of Humanity. The floor near the entrance suddenly opens up and a large pillar rises into the air with someone atop it. As many animals charge into the arena, Heimdall recalls how God said, "Be fruitful and increase in number; Fill the Earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground." Heimdall questions who would've thought that this man would one day, come to rebel against his creators. As the man comes down from the pillar and lands on the ground, Heimdall calls him a man among men, adding that the only thing he has faith in, is the weight of his fists. As the man wears nothing but a fig leaf covering his crotch, Heimdall says he is the "Ultimate Survivalist." The man then holds up an apple and Heimdall claims that though he was given life, he also gave birth to the original sin. The second representative of Humanity, the man who despises the Gods the most, is none other than the Father of Humanity – Adam. As Heimdall introduces him, many people from Humanity's crowd salute Adam and the great artist, Michelangelo, is in awe at how beautiful Adam is.

After biting into his apple, Adam spits it out, calling it sour.
