Summary[]

Göll asks Nostradamus how he was allowed in Tartarus
As Göll recognizes Siegfried, she questions if that means she's in Helheim right now. Michel Nostradamus confirms they are, adding they're in Tartarus. Panicking, Göll starts to freak out over the possibility that she's going to be fed to beasts. Quickly sticking a swirl lollipop in her mouth, Nostradamus tells Göll to calm down. Göll is temporarily satiated by the candy before standing up in the cart she was brought in and asking Nostradamus why a Human like him was able to get into Tartarus and Siegfried's cell. As Siegfried chuckles, Nostradamus shows off his amulet engraved with a rune and reveals he's Siegfried's doctor, under orders from Odin.
Göll initially displays a bit of skepticism at Nostradamus being a doctor and being assigned to Siegfried by Odin before bringing up how Odin was the one who imprisoned Siegfried and yet he's making sure the prisoner receives medical care. Göll finds that unexpectedly kind of him, making Siegfried and Nostradamus go silent. Göll then starts to wonder why a fighter for Humanity would work for the Gods and she asks Nostradamus if he's a traitor. Nostradamus wears a very serious expression and Göll is worried she got it right, only for Nostradamus to go back to his usual smile, playfully asking Göll not to ruin his good reputation. He promises to tell her how it all happened so he asks her to not be suspicious.

Yggdrasil, the four strongest Primordial Gods
Siegfried also asks Göll to believe Nostradamus, affirming he is a truly talented doctor and is telling the truth about Siegfried's medical care. Siegfried ominously says no matter what happens, Odin can't allow him to die and he wants Göll to believe the reason why she was brought here. Göll nervously asks what his reason was and Siegfried admits it's inexcusable they forced her here but they want to borrow her strength in order to stop "the revival of the Primordial Gods."
Göll questions what he's talking about and Siegfried decides to tell her the full story. Long, long ago, the world was created by the 88 Primordial Gods. They made both Heaven and Earth, as well as the other Gods. Amongst the 88 Primordial Gods who ruled over the fledgling world, there had existed four supreme beings in particular that possessed nigh-overwhelming and unmitigated power. The four of them were known as Yggdrasil. Made up of the First Giant, Ymir, the Demonic Emperor, Satan, the Overseer of Disorder, Chaos and the God of Creation, Odin. As Göll repeats the names of the Yggdrasil and expresses her confusion at Odin also being among them, Siegfried tells her that, back when the Primordial Gods and other Gods had lived together, Yggdrasil one day decreed that, outside of the 88 Primordial Gods, all the lesser Gods had grown too abundant and unnecessary, deciding to obliterate them entirely.

The Original Ragnarok war between the Primordial Gods and Yggdrasil
Seven other Primordial Gods had supported Yggdrasil's actions but all the remaining 77 Primordial Gods (including Izanagi) stood against Yggdrasil in order to protect the lesser Gods. It turned into a civil war between the Primordial Gods. The surviving Primordial Gods would later call Yggdrasil and their allies to the edge of the world, at a wasteland, where they clashed in battle that would also come to be known as Ragnarok. The 77 Primordial Gods banded together and fought for their lives but fell after another in the face of Yggdrasil's overwhelming might. At the end of the long battle, the Primordial Gods realized defeating Yggdrasil would be impossible so they gathered together their power to invoke Gleipnir, a sealing spell that created a black hole, sucking in Yggdrasil, but at the cost of many of the Primordial Gods' bodies being driven to Niflhel, many succumbing to their bodies' destruction.
Through Gleipnir, which had cost the lives of many, Yggdrasil and even their supporters were sealed away. In the aftermath of the sealing, a giant pit was left deep in the earth. Though the Ragnarok war reached its end, many of the Primordial Gods ended up annihilated to protect the world and the other Gods. Göll is left in shock after the story as that was different from anything she has ever heard. She recounts how the history she learned was the Primordial Gods couldn't withstand their own power and self-destructed. After that, the new world consisting of Valhalla, Midgard and Helheim was created by the Gods. Noting everyone believes that version since that's what is taught, Siegfried insists the story he told Göll is the actual truth.

Yggdrasil seal their "runes" inside their treasures
While Göll tries to wrap her head around all of this, Siegfried says there's even more. In the instant before Yggdrasil were completely sealed away, inside the pit, Satan noted how the others avoided a fight with them using Gleipnir and Ymir observed how his movements had grown dull, as if time was being compressed. Ymir guessed they were really planning on sealing them away for eternity, which Chaos found comical. Odin decided they should leave their runes on the outside. Soon after, four objects were sent flying out of the pit. The Yggdrasil had impressed each of their "runes" upon a treasure and released those treasures back into the world. Odin said they would be summoned forth once again when the runes find suitable hosts. The four objects imbued with the Yggdrasil's runes became known as the Four Treasures of Calamity, with Yggdrasil waiting for the day that suitable hosts for all the Four Treasures would appear.

The Nameless God becomes known as Odin
Siegfried remarks on how, if this story had been forgotten about by everyone, there'd be no issue but after what felt like an eternity passed, a single Nameless God found one of the treasures: the Demon Sword Gram. The Nameless God was just an ordinary young God with no particular merit or value but he held a deep and dark ambition in his heart. The Nameless God opened the Book of Göllnir to confirm it was Gram, meaning the book was indeed a banned history of the Gods. Knowing the sword contained the rune of one of the Yggdrasil, the Nameless God asked if it was calling for him before he took hold of the sword. When he did, an immense power started to flow right into his body and as he pulled the sword out, the Nameless God's left eye burst. Thus, with the Demon Sword Gram, the Nameless God found congruity with the rune of the God of Creation.
Using both the incredible power and wisdom contained in the rune, that God dominated the Norselands and became revered by all. Göll finally realizes who the Nameless God that Siegfried has been talking about is and the Dragon-Slaying Hero confirms that once ordinary God became the Norse's Supreme God, Odin.
