The Supreme God, Odin is the 98th chapter of the "Shuumatsu no Valkyrie: Record of Ragnarok" manga series.
Summary[]

Odin possess all Four Treasures of Calamity
That Nameless God awakened the rune of the God of Creation, Odin. With that power and wisdom, he became the Supreme God, Odin. Inside his castle, looking out of a window with his robes off, Odin notes that after two more wins, the Yggdrasil will be revived. Revealing the Demon Sword Gram from out of his right palm, it's shown that the other Four Treasures of Calamity are embedded in Odin's chest as he smirks at how his eons-old desire will be achieved soon. In Tartarus, Göll recounts what she has been told about Odin by Siegfried but Michel Nostradamus claims there's even more to add, much to her shock.
Siegfried reveals Odin, using Gram, has broken the seal on the Yggdrasil's Four Treasures of Calamity and he now possesses all of them: Chaos' Golden Ring of Alchemy, Draupnir, Ymir's Brísingamen Choker and Satan's Helm of Egil. Göll questions if Odin wants to revive the Yggdrasil but Nostradamus clarifies it isn't so simple. Reading his own almanac, Nostradamus goes over the findings that he got from researching ancient oral tales and banned texts. The seal of Gleipnir is quite strong and can't be broken by the power of the Four Treasures of Calamity. To break the seal, one would need to use two things; or rather, two offerings. Göll repeats what he said and Nostradamus shows her two diagrams. The first offering is the "water of life" and the second is the "Primordial Vessel."

Nostradamus reads the information gathered in his almanac
Göll wonders why those are so special and Nostradamus tells her the "water of life" actually refers to the life essence of Humans. Furthermore, it can't be just one or two Human lives. Among the banned texts, Nostradamus found a scrap of a poem. "When Midgard is destroyed and the Well of Urd is filled with the water of life, Yggdrasil's stirring shall occur again." Göll points out Midgard is the Humans' realm and Nostradamus confirms the first offering is none other than the life essence of all of Humanity.
Göll is stunned to hear that Humanity will all be sacrificed and Nostradamus says it seems like Odin was trying to skip through Ragnarok to obtain the result he wanted, only for Brunhilde to interrupt when the Gods decided on Humanity's extinction. Meaning, Odin wasn't mad at Brunhilde for going against the Gods or picking a fight, but because she stopped him from getting the water of life.
Göll asks if her big sister knew what she did and Siegfried is confident she did. Göll then asks about the Primordial Vessel and Nostradamus says that one's more literal. It refers to a vessel that can receive the Four Treasures of Calamity (which contain the runes of the Yggdrasil) and the water of life (the life essence of all of Humanity), in order to become a God capable of breaking the seal of Gleipnir. Göll questions who would want to become a monster like that and briefly figures it's Odin who's going to be the Primordial Vessel. Reminding her the Yggdrasil imbued the Four Treasures of Calamity with their runes, Nostradamus informs Göll on the rune each treasure holds: Gram has "Heaven," Brísingamen has "Earth," Draupnir has "Void" and Egil has "Hell."

I am... the "Primordial Vessel."
In Human terms, Nostradamus compares the runes to blood types. There are only four Human blood types but each God has their own specific God-only type so it's highly uncommon for a God to be able to have compatibility with another God's rune. The runes of the Primordial Gods are something else entirely so Odin being compatible with the Heaven rune of the Primordial Odin was a complete miracle. Thus, in order to become the Primordial Vessel, someone needs to be compatible with the runes of four Primordial Gods. No matter how hard he searched, Odin could not find such a God but refused to give up, using his power and status to keep on searching, until he finally found him: a certain demigod. To make sure no-one could take him away, Odin branded that demigod a criminal and had him locked up in Tartarus. When Göll realizes what Nostradamus means, Siegfried smiles and confirms to her that he's the Primordial Vessel.
If the Gods win Ragnarok, they'll exterminate Humanity, which will end up filling Siegfried with the water of life. It will lead to him becoming an overinflated monster, who Odin will use to release the Yggdrasil. Nostradamus stresses how, to Odin, Siegfried is a super rare item, which is why Odin sends Nostradamus down here to perform maintenance on him and keep him well. Göll asks what will happen if Siegfried does break Yggdrasil's seal and Nostradamus explains how Siegfried will end up sacrificed as the vessel. Once the Yggdrasil is revived, they'll begin another extermination campaign against the Gods and that will lead to the world's end.

Göll questions why she was brought instead of Brunhilde
Göll finally understands why Brunhilde put her life on the line back during the conference, why she proposed Ragnarok and why she's been thinking of victory, no matter what anyone said or thought. It's all been for the sake of saving the whole world – to save Humanity, the Gods and Siegfried, her most beloved person. This realization has driven Göll to tears and Siegfried guesses Brunhilde really didn't tell her anything. Wiping her tears away, Göll can't believe Brunhilde would put all that on herself before she brings up how there's something she still doesn't get: she wants to know, at this moment when it's all so desperate, why she was brought to this place and not Brunhilde. Göll asks why he would entrust such an important thing to a novice Valkyrie like her and Siegfried reveals it's because Göll is the final piece.

Brunhilde kneels and asks Loki to go next, much to his sadness
At the Valhalla Arena, Brunhilde sits on the edge of a fountain with a sad look. Approaching her, Loki sits down next to her and points out how rare it is for her to want to meet with him alone. Seeing her so nervous, Loki gets excited and assumes Brunhilde changed her mind, accepting the offer that he proposed to her before Round 10. Loki prepares to go talk to Odin when Brunhilde clutches onto his cloak to stop him. Kneeling down to him, Brunhilde requests to Loki that he partake in the next round. Taken aback, Loki soon frowns and guesses this is how far Brunhilde is willing to go to save Siegfried. Brunhilde insists they must win the next round, no matter what, and Loki is upset at how she wants to kill him. Bearing a sad expression on her face as well, Brunhilde says she's picked a fighter for Round 11 who can beat Loki. Thus, she asks he go next.

I'll kill you.
Loki warns her that he will not lose for her and Brunhilde recognizes that. Walking away, Loki says if she really needs it that badly, he'll do it. Brunhilde shows concern for him when Loki turns to her with a smile and says it was a trick. Popping out a single flower from his left palm, Loki claims they decided he would fight next anyways, so there was no need for Brunhilde to get all serious and beg him. Loki wishes Brunhilde to not bow her head to him and continues walking off, leaving behind the flower. Having seen through his act, Brunhilde thanks Loki. In his room, Loki lies on the floor and madly smiles about what Brunhilde's plan is: to kill him to force Odin to go next. Slowly laughing as he digs his fingers into the floor, Loki begins maniacally laughing as tears roll down his face, wildly swinging his chained hooks around, destroying everything in his room. With the Brunhilde doll being the only thing that was left intact, Loki decides to kill whoever he's going against.

Simo Häyhä is chosen to fight next
Excited at how it should be his turn next, Anubis kicks open the doors to the conference room, singing and dancing about how he's going next. However, Hermes and Ares tell him they just heard something. Looking at his phone, Zeus tells Anubis that Loki went and entered himself for the next round on his own, much to Anubis' exasperation. In her room, Brunhilde pleads for Loki to forgive her as she needs to do this to save Siegfried and Humanity. Bringing up the Akashic Records, Brunhilde knows there's no God as cunning as Loki but in all of Human history, her next fighter is the one man she can hope to defeat him. Though he may be Human, he's earned the name, "The White Death."
In a forest outside the arena, the twelfth of the thirteen Valkyrie sisters, Radgridr, sighs about how she can't find him. Preparing herself a small picnic, Radgridr decides to take a break. She sips tea among the wildlife and a small bird perches itself on her shoulder when a person and a dog appears behind her, the former asking if she called for him. Surprised at how she didn't sense him approaching her, Radgridr stands up and salutes the person, introducing herself and submitting herself to him. Saluting her back after waving his dog to sit, Simo Häyhä declares they should go, for the sake of his fatherland.
