Plot[]
Göll is surprised to see that Buddha has a shield. Brunhilde explains that its his Divine Weapon, Staff of the Six Realms. The six worlds that humans are reincarnated into are called the Six Realms in Buddhism, and each is guarded by an Avalokitesvara. The power of those six guardians dwells within the staff, and it can change its form in response to Buddha's emotions. As its based on his emotion, Göll realizes that Buddha can't choose its form. Buddha states that Zerofuku's adolescence is too intense and scared him, so that this shield came out. Annoyed that he couldn't crush him, Zerofuku transforms his axe into a long sword, from which multiple blades spawn. In response, Buddha uses Realm Two, Animal Realm, Horse-Necked Avalokitesvara, turning his staff into the Club of Nirvana. Zerofuku attempts to slice Buddha, but he avoids it and hits him with the club.
Kapilavastu, Ancient Northern India. Buddha was born having everything. Born Siddhartha Gautama, he was a prince of the Shakya clan. He had the highest status, finest clothes, best food, best dwelling and education. The gods had promised that he would be king of the world, so he had also the greatest future. As Buddha had grown to be a fine man, his father knew that his clan future is secure. Buddha was kind and was feeding the poor. They respected him and treated him like a god. Buddha believed that its his duty as royalty to bring fortune to the people.
One day, Buddha observed a buzzard flying in the sky and felt that it wasn't fettered by anything. However, a vulture then attacked and killed it. Buddha went to visit his friend Jataka, the king of Mallah Kingdom, a distant relative, who is five years older and gets along well with Buddha. Buddha will soon be king of Shakya. He believes that Jataka must be happy as Mallah is prosperous kingdom and nothing can make a royalty more happy than that. Jataka wonders if Buddha truly believes that Jataka is fortunate. Jataka will soon die from a disease. To be a good king, he had devoted himself to the fortune of his people. Jataka wonders for who he lived for as there are many things he couldn't see or experience. He apologizes that he became faint-hearted and tells Buddha to forget about it.
Soon Jataka dies and people grieve for him. Buddha heads for Jataka's funeral. One of his men states that having that many people grieve for him, is a great honor for a king and Jataka was truly a happy person. Buddha then recalls Jataka's words and gets enlightened. He comes down his horse and laughs and cries at the same time, revealing that he was enlightened. At the funeral, people keep saying how happy Jataka must have been. Buddha comes throwing flowers everywhere, surprising the people. Reaching Jataka, he tells him that he came for him and takes him with the coffin. They tell him to stop or the gods will punish him, but he tells everyone to shut up. Buddha states that Jataka doesn't need their prayers or blessing from the gods, as true fortune is within yourself. As Jataka had wondered to where the river go, Buddha puts his coffin in the river, telling him to go find himself. After that Buddha leaves his castle, family, clothes, status, everything and leaves.
He meets some people who practice asceticism and one of them collapses from hunger. Their leader tells them that suffering is required to achieve enlightenment as that suffering is what purifies the mind. Buddha then gives the man some food, because he feels like it. The people start following, but wonder if its all right doing nothing and not practising asceticism, but Buddha states its fine. One day, he saves a girl which was meant to be a sacrifice for the gods. The men tells him that he will angry the gods, but Buddha is ready to fight the gods. Buddha kept doing everything that defy his destiny. Brunhilde reveals that Buddha despises anyone who denies their inner happiness or tries to force destiny on others.
Buddha and Zerofuku keep on fighting. Zerofuku changes his weapon to two chained swords. Buddha reacts using Realm One, Deva Realm, Wish-Fulfilling Avalokitesvara, turning his weapon into the Axe of Lokapala. They start fighting, but Buddha has an advantage with his precognition and manages to slash Zerofuku, who gets angry and his misfortune increases again, transforming his weapon into Cataxetrophe Storm Formation, a whip-like blades. As he attacks with multiple blades, Buddha uses Realm Three, Human Realm, Unfailing Rope Avalokitesvara, creating a short sword Vajra of Aksayya. Buddha manages to block Zerofuku's attacks, but his blades keep on chasing him. Little by little, he cuts the blades and forces Zerofuku's axe to return to normal.
Zerofuku gets angry that no one is paying him any attention and all root for Buddha. A spike then shoots out from his axe, but Buddha avoids it. Buddha then states that Zerofuku is his own lord and to love himself. Zerofuku doesn't understand what he means and attacks again, but Buddha blocks it, stating that he likes him a lot. Zerofuku backs off, wondering what he is talking about. However, looking at Buddha, Zerofuku realizes that he wanted to be like him and be loved by everyone. His axe then dissolves and loses its power. Buddha states that Zerofuku has a great look on his face and drops his weapon, wanting them to continue fighting with their fists. The two start fighting. While doing so, Zerofuku notes that Buddha understands him more than anyone else. Zerofuku felt that he haven't been more happy in his life. Buddha then lands a straight right punch and knocks Zerofuku down. Zerofuku then reverts to his old form and feels happy.
Zerofuku decides to believe in again in what he wanted to do and in the people he wanted to make happy. Zerofuku horns had fell off, but they slowly had started to move towards him. The horns then pierce his head. The grew larger and then one enters Zerofuku through his mouth, while the other through the hole on his chest. A red and blue Chinese dragons then come out of him and surround Zerofuku and start spinning around him. They form a round scale ball. Heart beat is the heard from the ball and a person starts breaking it to come out. Buddha then jumps back, unable to see the future. A large man then appears, Hajun, Devil King of the Sixth Heaven.
