Fang Yue is a general and a vassal of Wang Kuang. He is also the administrator of Henei. He is known as "The Unparalleled Black Spear" and "One-Hit Fang Yue".
Appearance[]
Fang Yue is a young man with long black hair tied into a topknot. He has sharp eyes and thick eyebrows, alongside a small nose and mouth.
He wears a suit of armor.
Personality[]
A serious and ambitious young man, Fan Yue craved fame, since he wished to bring glory to his family's name. He holds disdain for incompetence and evil.
He is also not one to hold grudges, as he didn't hated Lu Bu for killing him and was grateful for making him famous.
Plot - Flying General[]
Past[]
Fang Yue was born into a ruined house of distinguished spearmanship. He began wielding a spear at the age of 5 and under his retainer teachings, he managed to reach the level of mastery at the age of 15. After many battles he managed to achieve the rank of general.
Flying General[]
Fang Yue served the Han warlord Wang Kuang when he joined the Alliance against Dong Zhuo in AD 189. Two years later, Wang Kuang was appointed as one of the main commanders of the advance force that would besiege Luoyang, but they would have to break through the Hu Lao Gate first. The commanding officer of Hulao Pass, Lü Bu, came out in person and challenged all comers. Fang Yue was the first volunteer, and was killed in the duel in an instant. Because of his loss in the duel, Fang Yue became known as "One-Hit Fang Yue" in the afterlife.
Abilities[]
Immense Strength: He is quite strong, being able to lift his spear (with a weight of at least 48 kg) with a single hand.
Immense Speed & Reflexes: Fang Yue could swing his spear with immense speed. With his speed and reflexes he could even destroy multiple falling leaves simultaneously.
Spearmanship: As he was trained in his family's art, Fang Yue is a skilled spearman. He began his training at the age of 5 and by the time he was 15 he had reached the level of mastery. He went out to the battlefield dozens of times attaining the rank of general with nothing but his spear.
Fang Yue could destroy multiple falling leaves simultaneously with his spear and managed to gain the title of "The Unparalleled Black Spear" due to his immense skill. However despite being possibly the strongest spearman in the three kingdoms, he was no mach to Lu Bu.
Horsemanship: As a warrior from the Three Kingdoms period, Fang Yue is very skilled at riding a horse. He can fight with his spear while riding it without finding any trouble.
Golden Age: After dying, Fang Yue went to the afterlife. Like all souls in heaven, Fang Yue possess the appearance and skills that he had during his Golden Age, the age in which he was at his peak.

- Fang Yue is a fictional character in the Romance of the Three Kingdoms, not possessing a real world equivalent. In the romance, he is killed by Lu Bu in the Battle of Hulao Pass after five rounds.
