Ichimatsu was seen taking care of a very sick Soji Okita, making sure he was alright and asking him to rest. Seeing Okita in this condition brought tears to his eyes.

Ichimatsu was seen helping Soji Okita, who was extremely sick, as he attempted to improve his swordsmanship through drawing. When Okita coughed up blood, Ichimatsu, with tears in his eyes, begged him to rest, fearing he would die otherwise.
