Jasper is one of Mother Goose's members. He was on an unknown mission in Ireland before being called to Mother Goose's attack on Pimon's ship. His nickname "Queen of Hearts" is a reference to a nursery rhyme.

Jasper is an amiable man, always willing to help his comrades. He isn't the sharpest member of Mother Goose, since he loudly destroyed an armored door while he was on a stealthy mission, but his only goal was to do his job well.
