Ragnarok[]
Many years after his death, all of the gods decided to end all of humanity, but Brunhilde points out a clause known as Ragnarok which gives humanity a fighting chance. All of the gods rejected the idea until Brunhilde insulted their pride as they agreed. Sakata Kintoki was one of the peak human warriors selected to participate and fight against the gods in Ragnarok.[1]
Seventh Round[]
After the conclusion of the Seventh Round, Kintoki went to find Buddha where he correctly guessed the god would be under the same tree he usually goes to. Kintoki then proceeded to chastized Buddha for having left the sickroom and causing the staff to panic with Buddha replying it was just too boring in there. After calling Buddha hopeless, Kintoki gave Buddha a get well gift in the form of Kintaro Candy which the God was delighted to have and proceeded to eat away with Kintoki noting Buddha is the only one he knows who just chomps through them easily.
After getting his fill, Buddha asked Kintoki for a favor with him immediately ready to to do it with a smile. Buddha proceeded to ask Kintoki to look into someone with a puzzle, Kintoki asking who before Buddha in a more serious mood explained it to be Siegfried, the Dragon-Slaying Hero, who will shake up Ragnarok.
