Past[]
At the Yagyu Shinkage-ryu, Kojiro Sasaki comes and requests Sekishusai to fight him. Sekishusai accepts and easily disarms Kojiro, who immediately admits defeat.
Ragnarok: Third Round[]
During Kojiro Sasaki and Poseidon's fight, Sekishusai was cheering for Kojiro, who even used some of Sekishusai's moves during his fight. All the sword practitioners show their support for Kojiro, knowing that he has yet to show his full skills, which eventually leads to Kojiro's win.

Abilities[]
Swordsmanship: He was a famous and skilled samurai who studied under Nobutsuna Kamiizumi's Shinkage-ryu. Later he became the second headmaster of Shinkage-ryu and subsequently founded his own school, the Yagyu Shinkage-ryu. His swordsmanship style is known for its graceful footwork.

Etymology[]
- The name Sekishusai means "stone, volume measure" (石) (seki), "boat, ship/shipping, vessel, watercraft" (舟) (shu) and "purification/religious purification, Buddhist food, room, worship, avoid, alike" (斎) (sai).
- Sekishusai's surname Yagyu means "willow" (柳) (ya) and "life, living" (生) (gyu).
