Ares attacks Thebes with his soldiers to punish Humanity
Over 4000 years before Ragnarok, Alcides (later known as Heracles) and his friend Castor lived in this city. However, the during the Gods' Council of 2000 B.C. it was decided to punish humanity for their sins. Aphrodite suggested destroying the ancient Greek city of Thebes. Ares then descended with his divine army in order to destroy the city. However, Alcides tried to stop them. He drank Ambrosia and gained divine strength.
Alcides confronts Ares at the gates of Thebes
With his new body and power, Alcides managed to defeat Ares' army and even managed to fight the god of war to a standstill. In the end, Zeus appeared to stop them and offered Alcides to become a god. Alcides accepted the offer under the condition that the gods would not harm humanity anymore. Zeus accepted under the condition that Alcides will guide humanity as a god of justice.

Thebes looks like an ancient greek town with brick houses. The houses are small with wooden doors and curtainless windows.
Population[]
The people who lived there were known for being quite sinful, since Aphrodite stated that the people of Thebes deserved to be punished during the gods council.
Temple[]
There is a temple near the city where the greek gods, Zeus in specific, are worshiped. There is a glass of ambrosia in the temple, capable of granting divine powers to a mortal if he or she is a "True Hero".
